The Shoppes at Boca Greens

The Boca Raton area of southern Palm Beach County is one of the most dynamic residential and retail markets in the tri-county, South Florida area. The area has experienced meteoric growth in the past decade created in the most part by the development of upper and upper-middle class residential communities such as St. Andrews Country Club. Boca Raton has also experienced explosive growth as a corporate and business center. The completion of the Sawgrass Expressway and the widening of I-95 and State Road 7 have fully integrated South Palm Beach County into the greater Dade/Broward metropolitan area. Many large upscale rental communities have also been built to satisfy the demand the Boca lifestyle has created.
Shoppes at Boca Greens is anchored by Winn-Dixie Supermarket. It has become one of the area's retail landmarks since it was built in 1984. Located adjacent to the entrance of Boca Greens Country Club, the approximately 137,000 sq. ft. center is situated on 19.5 acres and was designed to give all stores visibility from State Road 7 (US 441), the area's major north-south artery. The combined traffic count of approximately 45,648 cars a day, assures tenants an important flow of drive-by patrons. The center enjoys excellent traffic access with three median cuts and a traffic light at New England Boulevard.
Shoppes at Boca Greens' diversified tenant mix has succeeded in maintaining the center's importance as the community's retail hub.
